RAD Solutions is the backend office for providing CAD Drafting services to Architects, Surveyors, Designers, Structural Engineers, Log Home Manufacturers, Consultants and Facility Managers. It is our experience and the zeal to be the best in whatever we do makes it possible for us to give our customers quality service with cost savings. They send us write ups, hand sketches, complex paper drawings and survey results and we create it into a complete construction document. We work on Industrial, commercial, retail and residential projects. Floor Plans & General Layouts

A floor plan is a scale diagram of the arrangements of rooms in one story of a building. It is essentially a diagram as if seen from the above (i.e., a map). You may also think of it as a "top view" or "bird's eye" view of one floor in a building. Technically, the floor plan shows the walls and fixtures in a building at the height of one meter (or 4'-0") "above the finished floor" (AFF).
